.NET 3.5 does not get installed as part of Windows 10. It obviously stays if you have upgraded and I have yet to have a PC I didn't have to install it on for some reason or another. In the past I have had issues getting it installed on some of the Insider builds. They'll get it fixed. There's no way they can get rid of it. Too much legacy software still in use.

This is in line with what Brandon LeBlanc posted in insider's blog a few days ago, here

    That's good to know.
This may yet be the smoothest update ever.

My guess is there will be problems with the following for anyone using third party software to "harness" Cortana:

Judging from the recent issues with Cortana, you have a point there with OneDrive. Good catch.
However usually, with each feature update, all registry settings, scheduled tasks and many other settings are reset to defaults.
So users would be best advised to wait for updated versions of their favorite tweaking apps.
    ...
This update is only a small 20KB enablement pack. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Except in appears the upgrade to 1909 will not be a full Feature Update for anyone current on 1903. Only prior Win10 versions will receive the full feature update.

I for one with be reverting OOShutUp10 settings to system defaults prior to performing the 1909 upgrade. Certainly don't need any Cortana system borks like those in the past. Also "my gut" is telling me that disabling Cortana, at least fully per third party tweaks, will bork the Win 10 explorer search feature.

I won't :) Cortana is disbled, complete with the 'Bing' results.
    Let's see what happens.
