Still not possible to use Windows core isolation together with Zemana.

Good point, but I did notice that ZAL seems to have the same features as ZAM and even more. So ZAL seems to be the flagship product. Perhaps an idea to integrate the two, or scrap the anti-malware part out of ZAL?

Ask them, i did, they have no intention to develop ZAL further and no intention to put antilogging into ZAM. The update lately was a VERY minor one so probably jiust because they could, without much effort, and by that way hold it alive a little longer to maybe bring in some money.

ZAM and ZAL uses the same definitions and since they most likely do not work together with former brands i am pretty shure the malware protection and scanning is not as good as before. But, ZAM could probably be in the future because of the AI and the new database they are collecting.

If ZAM is solely signature-based, it is next to useless. OUT-DATED technology! Signatures are 99.9999% useless for zer0-day malware. Any anti-malware that doesn't include a behavior blocker &/or a HIPS &/or equivalent AI (in addition to signatures) is not worth buying.

I hope JM Safe (ZAM's rep on this forum) will clear this matter up so that I may continue to recommend ZAM to my company, friends, associates, and family.

Hi @pb1 , we will look into that.
Hello @Rasheed187 , currently we don't have any plans about Zemana AntiLogger but we could integrate Zemana AntiLogger features in ZAM in the future.
Hello @bellgamin , ZAM does not rely only on signatures but it uses also an innovative and advanced AI engine. Here is my reply about that:

Zemana uses our own deep learning (Artificial Neural Network) based engine for Real-Time protection. Signatures used for scan have our own engine and cloud scanner, there are filters on cloud to decide if a file is malicious or not. For more information about our ANN engine please look here: Release Notes: Zemana empowers protection with Artificial Intelligence – Zemana Blog
    Thank you guys. :)

I had to download the installer and install it over the top, to get the stable...

ZAM Premium is now at verson 3.1.375. I am REALLY impressed with ZAM now. Their AI offers awesome promise & they are now updating at a goodly pace.

I'm getting another computer in a couple of weeks so I am on the lookout for a discount on a 2 year license for ZAM Premium. If anyone runs across one, PLEASE let me know. It will be greatly appreciated. Otherwise -- as much as I like ZAM -- I will possibly have to opt for ESET antivirus because they have frequent deep discounts via newegg.com.

Thanks for link - good price. I used it and it processed fine. Got Zemana AntiMalware installed for 3 years at $19.95. Good find.

However, that's when my pleasure with this came to an end. After installing Zemana AntiMalware, at least 4 of my apps either did not work or disappeared. They were: Bvckup2, Multi-Reminders, SysTrayRecycler, and Garmin Express. I had "whitelisted" each and restarted pc with no success in restoring them. I don't know if there were others, as at this point I panicked and used Macrium Reflect to restore to a point before installation of Zemana AntiMalware. Thank God for MR. I guess I don't really understand why this would happen. Maybe I did something wrong? Maybe Zemana has a problem? Anyway, it is a $20 lesson learned - not to jump so quickly before I am sure of an app and the consequences of installing it. It will remain uninstalled, at least for now until or if I can figure out that this will NOT happen again!

FPs and braking legit apps is one of the major issues with ZAM, and other AVs and AMs as well.
That's why I don't use ZAM, other than for testing.

I reported several FPs, but it took way to long, to fix it.
Even on major vendors, like Intel.

Thanks, Hiltihome - wish I had waited a little longer before jumping in and installing it. At least now I know. Appreciate your input.

Yes it was just an idea, because I see that ZAL costs even more, but the focus seems to be on ZAM, so why not give people extra protection. But what about my other question about Secure SLL?

That's the thing, Zemana is now based on AI, this means that even without updating signatures it should still be able to block most malware. Of course, it should do this without giving many false positives, otherwise it's pointless.

I have ZAM on 2 computers & it's also on several computers of associates & family. No problems whatsoever. Of course I am a satisfied user of Kerish Doctor -- a very usful app for keeping one's computer very very stable and zippy at all times. I run it on-demand, daily, just before shut-down.

    Your screenshot is blurry/unreadable text.

I download, installed, & ran Calibre Ebook Mgt via Shadow Defender. I then checked it with VirusTotal, Stinger, HitmanPro, EEK, & ZAM 3.1.375 (shown below). All clean on all of those. It was also clean per OSArmor (behavior blocker). NO ZAM false positive here.

My screenshot is during scan in-progress. The final result page was 0 threats, but that page doesn't show what was scanned. Even so, I can upload it if desired.
