Same here, Osaban. I cant find nothing wrong in my W10 1903. Todays update to 18362.207 was smooth and easy, done on first attempt.

1 problem I have noticed on 1903, on more than 1 PC, is that when I try to save an image file with Photoshop or Paint.NET and then enter the filename and click save, the dialog seems frozen and I have to click something else to get the focus off the app. At that point I click back on it and can save. Anyone else seeing this?

I use MS Paint a lot, to modify images, change their names and save them afterward. No issue whatsoever on my end.

Sandbox still broken for some users in latest Windows 10 version 1903

On June 27, Microsoft released a big cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1903 [...] However, the June 27 cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1903 still carries the Sandbox bug and a temporary workaround is also not available.

“Windows Sandbox may fail to start with “ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND (0x80070002)” on devices in which the operating system language is changed during the update process when installing Windows 10, version 1903,” the company noted in the changelog of Windows 10 Build 18362.207.
Although Microsoft hasn’t shared ETA, it is likely that Windows Sandbox bug will be fixed with July 2019 cumulative update.

Windows 10 update breaks Windows Sandbox with error 0xc0370106

It appears that there is another bug in Windows 10 version 1903 that breaks Windows Sandbox but with a different error that hasn’t been acknowledged by Microsoft yet. Per a Reddit thread and other posts on internet forums, Windows Sandbox may also fail to launch with the following error on some systems:

Error 0xc0370106. The virtual machine or container exited unexpectedly.

“Updating my system broke my sandbox just as well, disabling and enabling it does not resolve the problem, same for many folks on the internet,” a Reddit user wrote.

According to report on other forums and Feedback Hub, Windows Sandbox could also fail to launch with error 0x80072746, 0xc0370106, 0x80070015, 0x803b002a and 0x80070002.

Today, we are talking about the next steps we are taking at continuing to evolve Windows 10 servicing and quality with the next feature update for Windows 10. This release has been referred to as 19H2 with Insiders. 19H2 will include a scoped set of features for select performance improvements, enterprise features, and quality enhancements and will be delivered to customers running the May 2019 Update using servicing technology (like the monthly Cumulative Update process).

We are also releasing 19H2 Build 18362.10000 to Insiders in the Slow ring today. This update contains two behind-the-scenes changes designed for OEMs and does not contain anything visible to Insiders. We’re using this update to test our process and servicing pipeline for delivering these updates to customers.

I figured this would be a smaller update or none at all. I don't have any VMs that aren't on 20H1 so I'll have to move a production machine to it. I'll probably wait to see how it goes for others first.

The 1903 has been made available for my machine today, so I grabbed it. All it lasted 1,5 hour from the pushing Download and Install up to complete installation including the system reconfiguration. The upgrade went flawlessly and no issues with the system or other applications observed after an hour of use. Well done Microsoft!

Windows 10 19H2 will be delivered using new technology that is less disruptive. It will install like a monthly cumulative update for Windows 10 and not a feature update, and that should speed up the updating significantly. Microsoft seems to focus development on smaller changes and improvements, and revealed that it aims for a September 2019 release.

Nothing changes for devices running earlier versions of Windows 10; updates from these versions directly to Windows 10 19H2 will take longer as it is just another feature update installation.

Windows 10 v1903 Upgrade Blocked on Some Surface 2 Devices

Microsoft will block Windows 10 users from installing the Windows 10 May 2019 Update on Surface Book 2 devices with NVIDIA discrete graphics processing unit (dGPU).

Since all Microsoft Surface Book 2 devices come with an NVIDIA dGPU — the 13.5" with the GeForce GTX 1050 and the 15" with the GeForce GTX 1060 — all Surface Book 2 users are potentially impacted by this new Windows 10 version 1903 upgrade block.

Windows 10 1903 Bug May Show Black Screen in Remote Desktop

Microsoft has added a new bug to the list of known issues in Windows 10 1903 about Remote Desktop connections displaying a black screen when connecting to devices using older graphic drivers.

According to the bug report, when a user connects via Remote Desktop to device with certain older GPU drivers, including drivers the Intel 4 series of integrated GPUs, a black screen will be shown.

Microsoft Rolls Out Windows 10 1903 on April 2018 Update Devices

Microsoft says that Windows 10 version 1803 devices reaching the end of 18 months of service will start receiving the Windows 10 May 2019 Update as part of an effort to keep them well serviced and in a secure state.

Customers who haven't updated their Windows 10 Home and Pro edition installations to the latest version of Windows 10 will also "have the ability to pause the update for up to 35 days so they can choose a convenient time."
Feature Update for Windows versions reaching end of service
This move was prompted by a large number of computers still running the April 2018 Update, a Windows version that will reach end of service on November 12, for both the Home and the Pro editions.
This means that once end of service is reached, the devices will no longer be able to receive and install monthly security and quality updates with security fixes for all the latest security issues

Right now, the only users who can't update their Windows 10 installation by manually checking for updates are those with devices blocked by the six compatibility update blocks still in place for Windows 10 version 1903
