Problem Ejecting USB Mass Storage Device

I did google and I did come with some solutions but mostly was complicated for me
any easy way that you personally know and have tried simple to eject usb without getting this errro?

I was reading the other day that in Windows 10 you can safely pull the USB drive out without ejecting it first, providing you aren't transferring files at the time.

Eject > error > reboot lol

USBDeview by Nir Sofer (Nirsoft) works for me.

 

Some times it can be a program you think you've closed but in fact still has processes running. Check in task manager to see if the said program is still running. I have a utility that does this and and until I kill the process it won't allow me to "safely" eject the USB

 

90% of the time it is the case. I reboot, faster than checking to find the culprit.
