I loved parted magic, even to the point I was happy to pay for it, no issue with paying someone for the time they put in.

However I couldnt get the image to boot up on my ryzen 2 system, and sadly the author even tho he now charges for the iso was unwilling to provide support, user's are expected to update the kernel themselves if the issue is kernel related and when I asked him to make a new iso for me with the new kernel he deleted my access to the parted magic forum (to be fair he also refunded me).

I can still use it on any of my intel systems but its a no go on ryzen, also I deleted the latest iso that he refunded me for as it seems the right thing to do given he decided to cancel the contract.

So is there a live linux cd, that has all the software parted magic does alongside that nice live widget showing clock speed and load on the system?

TerabyteUnlimited Image for Linux does everything parted magic does and more.
    https://www.terabyteunlimited.com/purchase-image-for-dos-linux.htm
TeraByte Drive Image Backup and Restore DOS/Linux Suite costs ~30$ but I would advise to buy the complete bundle "BootIt Collection and the TeraByte Drive Image Backup and Restore Suite" for ~50$.
The License is valid for 3 systems and will serve you well for many years (terabyteunlimited does not change their software yearly only to squeeze more money from their customers). -their last release has the kernel 4.19.20
