I still do not understand you. You should elaborate. But I dare to comment in advance what redistribution is for me and others, not just me: Hence, for me, just pointing people to the original source where the binaries are hosted ready to download, allowed by their maker, is not redistribution. So your first comment is pointless frankly.

Finally took the plunge. Not so bad after all. SumatraPDF is performed effectively all along here and looks it will continue to be the PDF Reader of choice in this camp. No slowdowns at all on rather dating machinery with Windows 8.1
