Quote from KB4471328, but some other December KB's are telling it too :

    Note
Because of minimal operations during the holidays and upcoming Western new year, there won’t be any preview releases for the month of December 2018. Monthly servicing will resume with the January 2019 security releases.

Yeah, the latest cumulative for Windows 10 1809 is also saying that...
    Childish rubbish.
I would like to see an AV vendor saying how it won't update the signatures for 20 days because the Earth went around the Sun one more time. And what reaction would that provoke.

    Two notes:
    1) They said "there won’t be any preview releases for the month of December 2018." , not "important", not "ctitical leleases".
    2) They can do it without any notice, they inform us and the info is "Childish rubbish"...….

From my side: end of story.

Installed and I do use IE11. No problems so far.

Also MS is aggressively pushing this one. Came out of stand-by an hour ago and the update immediately started downloading.

With all due respect, Seer, the latest out-of-band Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer ( 19 December 2018 ) tells it all ...
