    This is a little silly, I think. I mean, when I'm driving at night, in areas without bright streetlights, I can't distinguish much about dark-skinned faces. Especially if they're wearing hoods. It's just basic physics. There's less reflected light, and less contrast. And, you know, it's not uncommon for commandos etc to wear ski masks to reduce visibility.
