BTW China's crime rate (including serious crime) & public order is MUCH worse than some near Asian countries, tho still better than US, and almost the same degree as some European developed countries. I'd been China and could felt it by myself.
There' a few (or rather, few) scientific studies about effectiveness of surveillance camera, and it turned out that they're not cost-effective. IIRC this was the reason a British city decided to decrease the camera. Even if US wanted to implement SkyNet, they can't as that requires tremendous $$$ and US congress won't admit it.

I never been in China and always tought ordinary Chinese to be very civilized.
But after seeing one photo where mainland Chinese man starts to literally poob in the middle of Hong Kong public area .....:eek::eek:

If USA want's their own lil SkyNet then they could start saving by stopping endless and stupid wars for starters.
Like Afghanistan war. It's been on like 18 years now? Longer than Vietnam ...

Or they could just use all the money to usefull things, like creating more jobs, improving education, housing etc...

My point is: This says nothing. It happens everywhere. Don't get hung up on that.

You know Connecticut isn't in the UK right? Plus, I'd take anything written in The Sun with a pinch of salt.
