I bought the ESET Internet Security Deal on 10/24. They sent it DHL. It was in my city one week ago. They have since sent it on a tour of the great lakes area with the status of MISSENT twice, and I still do not have it. This is the first Newegg purchase I have made in about 3 years, and it will likely be the last for the foreseeable future. I would rather pay Amazon more to actually get what I ordered. If I do not see it by the end of the coming week, I will be requesting a refund and if they do not respond to that in a timely manner I will be requesting a charge-back from my bank.
Wow. Sorry to here that. I received the Eset promo purchase via DHL via USPS in 3 days or so. Did you verify that your shipping address with Newegg is correct? The problem might not be DHL but USPS if the mail address is incorrect.
Address is correct. I don't think DHL has handed it off yet. It usually says so in the tracking. I'm glad the trial is 30 days. Looks like I'm gonna need all of it.
Maybe Homeland Security has you on the "enemies" list? Speaking of this, I received my package from Newegg prior to all the pipe bombs incident hullabaloo. Suspect this might have something to do with the delayed shipment.
LOL. It's ESET, not Kaspersky. As for me... I just checked the tracking. It's back in my state again. Hoping to have it by Tuesday.
