I have 2 USB drives that I encrypted with Truecrypt a few years ago. I wrote the password down and when I enter the password Truecrypt says incorrect password or not a Truecrypt volume. I am not using the same computer as the one I encrypted the USB's. It's possible I am using a capital letter where a lower case is required and vise versa but I have tried several different combinations with no luck. I have special characters like # and ( in the password. I am a novice when it comes to computers and know nothing about code. Please help! I would appreciate any suggestions and remember I am a novice. Thank you in advance!!

Are you manually selecting the USB or do you use the auto mount option? Do you attempt to mount one or both USB's at the same time?

You could possibly get a script to brute-force all the password combinations, this would be a bit overwhelming with no previous experience.
"Few years" might be too long for flash memo to maintain its data.
