    Nice
I really like this program and have used it on all of my 5 computers ever since I switched to Win 7 and 10.
Just got one license so far (updates are $14.50) and yes, I know I could use the FREE version.
Looks a lot different from previous versions but a little sniffing around made everything fine.
    Give it a try.

Gave it a whirl and no go. I built the linux Pe and it could only see one of my 3 extra internal drives.

There a couple I like to check, but Todo and Minitools aren't popular on my machines.

The LinuxPE UFD wouldn't boot in my computer (Win10 UEFI system with Secure Boot enabled)

The WinPE UFD booted and saw all my drives.

    I didn't create/restore images.

Acronis is okay from the recovery environment, but there is way way too much garbage to actually install it.

I fell in love with Acronis because it worked great cloning my hard drives to my new SSDs.
I should have tried the Backup versions before wasting almost two hundred bucks.

Those are most important for a user to find works properly. Nice to see them taking action from complaints and resolving.

Got a problem now but it is very minor.
I now have Version 11.5 and when I run into it, I often get a pop up shown below. Yes, I tell them to stop it.
Easeus seems to know nothing about it? Maybe they don't know their software?
I sent ANOTHER email to them.

NOT minor to me and Not surprised. I don't know what's going on with them but you can read my somewhat recent dissatisfaction after their free Partition Manager was suggested to me.

I really miss their forum. There wasn't much activity on it but at least once in a while you could get an answer to your questions,
When (if) I get an answer I will post it here.
Don't get me wrong- I like their program BUT tech help is lacking.

I'm afraid there's not much to go on. I quickly turned to a competitor after my own horrid experience (bundling ordeal).

I used 10.0. You know what I can't stand about it? It lets you clone from a live windows to another HD but it never works. The worst thing is when you try to recover to a hard drive that is already imaged and maybe has different partitions the program tells you it fails and to back up a different way which is possible but you have to search the other way out. It should give you an option to format the new disk right off the bat.

So to summarize - the only was I can make a copy of a windows disk is to boot from a thumb drive into recovery mode with todo and make a copy that way. I never once had a successful clone any other way.

    Never tried Version 10.
I have from Version 7.5 to 11.5 but only use 8.9 to 11.5.
You may recall that 7.5 and earlier didn't make it possible to disconnect from USB. You had to shut down the computer.
A few of us put pressure on EaseUS management to fix the problem. I even offered to pay for the phone call so they could call a competitor and ask how to do it.:D

Got an email from them overnight. I will try a reinstall. We shall see.

    Dear Joe,

    Thank you for your reply.

Actually, the prompt window will not appears if you check the "Never ask again" on our software.

However, as you mentioned it does not works. Thus, I suggest you reinstall the software and then check the "Never ask again" and then keep monitoring to see if the same issue still persists in future.

    Please keep us updated!

Bundling evidently is still happening - I can't even get the download past Windows Defender.

Useful info for others to know about maybe. It's sure to stir some caution if bundling is happening with it.

I went on Team Viewer with EaseUS tech support today. The tech renamed a .dll and at least on one attempt, it worked.
    Will try again tomorrow.

Between EaseUs Todo and Acronic True Image, I have spent many hours trying to overcome their download and install problems. If not for having Macrium to overcome these, I would truly be screwed. Money just wasted - foolishly I purchased both thinking that would solve the problems. Easus is bundled and Acronic will not install at all. And, yes I submitted support tickets with no success.

    Regarding the EaseUs ordeal.

We always hate to hear that about bundling.

On this end really tried to chalk it up as just a single one-time fluke but apparently there's more to it then that.
