Read the howtogeeks.com article @paulderdash posted. The subscription is optional and only applies to business that want MS to manage their desktops.

OK, then all is good. And this article does indeed seem to make more sense, I don't think M$ is that stupid.

Windows 10 to get new 'InPrivate Desktop' security feature
Microsoft is working on a 'throwaway sandbox' for one-time execution of untrusted software, which could end up as a feature of Windows 10 Enterprise at some point.

This feature might bring in more trouble than the problem it could possibly solve.
It is an invitation for the system admins to execute unknown programs, which provides a false sense of safety in conducting such dangerous practice. It only takes one possible way for a malware to break out of this VM while Microsoft would have to exhaust all possible means to block such efforts. This is a relatively easy task for the malware writers, while almost a mission impossible for Microsoft to achieve its goal. Microsoft better change its mind.
    Mark my word folks.

This is probably possible, because there are some not discovered yet vulnerabilities, but I wouldn't describe this as relatively easy. It is probably relatively hard to do that. And Microsoft is constantly patching OS, so when some method of bypassing VM is discovered, Microsoft is going to patch it in coming days.

LOL, I believe I asked for such a feature back in 2008.

Not necessarily, I have been using Sandboxie to run untrusted software since 2004, never had a problem. And this InPrivate Desktop is probably even more secure.
