I would like to find a feature-rich to-do and reminder software which has the following features:
    * a way to display all forthcoming tasks at specific period, preferably the ability to sort based on urgency, category etc.
    * a task which I can set multiple reminders (e.g. remind me before 1 month at 6:00pm, before 10 days at 12:00pm, on that day at 1:15pm etc.)
    * a re-occurring task/event with advanced pattern (e.g. at different specific dates, or every 3rd, 11th, 25th day of Jan, Mar, May), preferably set when the pattern starts/expires

I have tried several software but they lack some of the features I want. Does anyone know any software which has those features? Shareware is fine.

I tried a lot of reminder apps & none of them could do all that you are seeking. I finally settled on Remind Me from HERE. That site also has a To-Do app, but it's separate from the reminder. I never tried it because I'm retired & have very little To-Do that has any sort of a deadline.

By the way, I really like Remind Me because it understands me. And vice versa.

What a piece of bad news. OK I will try this app later.

BTW what makes Remind Me special and you like it very much?

    Thank you.

Remind Me does its job simply & totally reliably. I have used it for nearly 10 years, multiple times daily, & it has never borked, not even once. The people at Beiley have always answered the mail over the years, as I moved from computer to computer & needed to move my license. I started using it on Win95. I have moved up, so has Remind Me. I install it on every new computer I buy, on the 1st day after I first boot that computer. But that's just me. "To each his own" also applies to software.YMMD.

    Wow!
It is essentially like Remind-Me but it is FREE.
    Many thanks.
Oh yes, Remind-Me is very good too.
