    Accountability a rarity for businesses even if it's thousands of miles away from me I can still admire from far away.

    Bah. Wish they would do that here.

    The USA ISP's have IMO noticeably been throttling the hell out of paying customers more than ever of late if you ask me.

    This continent needs some accurate accounting and reporting under some penalty instead of fudging things with these type of businesses

    I agree. I think the term "up to" should be outlawed in this country too.

    As much as I would like to see this in the US, I would actually rather that they have to advertise the actual price. For internet, TV, cell phones, etc. They advertise a price and then the total with fees, taxes, etc. is usually about 30 - 50% more.

    Agree with that, for example, up to 50% off is generally displayed where the "up to" is in microscopic print along side the humungous 50% off. Then there will be, say, one item 50% off and all the rest at 5% off or something. Scummy sales pitching. All hidden costs should be outlawed.
