This is another type of "interdiction" which has been going on for years and years. When I acquire a new machine for hobby use I physically select it at a brick and mortar and buy it directly. I don't even trust Amazon (not worried about Amazon but interdiction in route) if I NEED a pure hobby machine. I know this sounds crazy but it would be the easiest way to get inside of a tough target wouldn't it?

That's a good option for phones. I also buy computers at swap meets. But not ones near where I live.
