I won't either cause I got the worst score in yellow points (warnings) and it's from my best and more tighten Chrome's profile...
my results with latest FIREFOX 52.6.0 ESR portable edition (from portableapps.com) and Win 8.1: Passed: 393 Warning: 6 Critical: 5 Skipped: 0
Mine is ugly but i only just installed PORTABLE FF Quantum 59.0.1 (64 Bit) an hour ago and hastily installed UBlock0-UMatrix-NoScript etc at pure default out-of-box settings just to get an idea where to begin. This specialty is way out of my element of knowledge anyway. (malware basher w/ security apps is the bread n butter here) But i like this deep test of nearly everything under the sun. I had no idea browsers were this much swiss cheese even with throwing on some Add-Ons. When there's time i'll sew up as many loose ends as humanly/manually possible for more acceptable results of course. But here is my knee jerk first results.
Well with my current browser, the test couldn't even run. Thanks to No script, with all defaults blocked
Pete, i know i know, it was paralyzed so i open js script TEMP ONLY in NoScript and the testings began. It's a good way to catch up on the other potential slip ins i think they point to which need securing so yeah, you gotta let javascript start the thing anyway for the test to proceed. No biggie really.
Point is when I have to weaken defenses to test defenses, there is a word for that. Can you guess? PS it's also been true of all the other so called tests
Yes that's true, on tightly secured system most tests will fail. It's similar to testing AV against malware. If SRP (or anti-exe) is not disabled, an AV will have no chance to show it's magic.
Chrome + uBlock Origin with inline/1st-party/3rd-party scripts disabled and 3rd-party frames disabled too: The page just opens and load but as soon I click on blue Test me button it won't work, test don't even run at all.
Test also won't run when using uBO extension and blocking scripts . JavaScript is enabled in Pale Moon browser.
