    Firefox 59.0 release overview
    Firefox 59.0 will be offered to the stable channel of the browser on March 13, 2018. It is the second major update after the release of Firefox 57.0 Quantum which introduced major changes across the board.

    Ah finally. With a new API, addons that delete cookies now can also delete cookies when First Party Isolation is enabled.
    UPDATE:
    Wow, download manager S3 is working again as well. Though the url displayed when hovering on a link is displayed on top of the downloadbar.

    What do you especially like about Download Manager S3? I've been using WX Download Status Bar which looks similar, but I'm open to trying new things :)

    Mozilla Firefox 59.0.1 is a security release
    Mozilla plans to distribute an update to Firefox's stable channel today that brings the version to Firefox 59.0.1 on the stable channel.

    Thanks - here are the details. It's interesting to note that also Firefox ESR 52.7.2 is affected. This suggests that code is impacted which is not written in Rust (as there is no Rust code in FF 52). In the future it will be interesting to watch if those types of vulnerabilities will still occur if more and more code in FF is rewritten in Rust.
