    Amazingly enough, WannaCry has been one of the most prevalent ransomware strains recently. Variants are currently being sold on the darkWeb, although so close to the original malware that everyone and their Mamma detects it. God knows what Connecticut is using or Who is overseeing the "Security".

    I'm thinking along the same lines as Cruel on this one. Are they running unpatched Systems, and a poor performing AV, or what? They need to hire some Security professionals, and train their employees.

    Well this is a simpleton's outlook but it's seems prevalent because people think it will happen to the other guy. They look at their computers yet don't see them.
