OK cool. I'm glad it only injects code if you enable this feature. Do you also use Sandboxie? Because I wonder if it can inject into sandboxed processes. I remember that MBAE couldn't do it, but HMPA had no problems because it used a different injecting method, via its driver. But seems like AppCheck is becoming a serious competitor to HMPA.

I'm sure i'll need to make some adjustments in Sandboxie&Firefox to be able to start the latest Firefox sandboxed without error messages, but i have tried a portable version of Firefox ESR and the dll was successfully injected (without modifications of Sandboxie.ini)

I read here that it was good for ransomware, so i picked up a license. It might protect the backup stuff it does, but won't keep you from getting the ransomeware probably. So i won't renew the license. The GUI looks good and auto updates good.

Cool, then they probably inject via the driver method. I still need to test if it doesn't cause any problems with Sandboxie.

    Doh!

Now v2.4.7.1 I installed just a few moments ago is causing this in Chrome x64/Sandboxie on Windows 8.1 x64:
    Code:
    SBIE2203 Failed to communicate with Sandboxie Service: *GUIPROXY_00000001 - chrome.exe [FF000000]
Unfortunately @Ikko Yi is not answering my emails anymore. :thumbd:

Real-time protection is enabled, the rest is off.
As soon as I turn off real-time protection SBIE/Chrome are happy again.

Any chance to get installer file v2.4.5.3?

You're welcome. :) I usually do the same but didn't have the time to download the latest version and I still had the previous one intact. :)

What tool, except RanSim, you can check the protection of the AppCheck?
And AppCheck does not protect against double extensions .pdf.exe, .doc.exe, is this correct?
What is your opinion on the use of SRPPrevent + AppCheck?

    Real Ransomware not offer! :D
