I think because it uses the same definitions of Avast

 

Where are the samples attained from (i.e. Play store vs other sources)?
Wondering how many samples would be blocked by the default Android setting of blocking apps from "unknown sources".

It's just my guess, because Avast acquired AVG and now AVG app looks exactly the same of Avast
