What are the advantages of these kind of backup programs as compared to Windows Explorer? What's wrong with the good old copy and paste, Ctrl C, and Ctrl V?
To be honest, that's how I also still do my backups with "good old" copy and paste. But I guess these apps make it more easy to do full back ups. But normally I only back up certain data that is scattered around my disk so it's a boring job.
