Today I just got version 10.1.235 automatically offered (on the installed version 10.1.219), on Win 7 Pro 64-bit; no pre-release updates enabled.
I let it do the update (reboot required). So far no problem, but I just have it.
At the moment I don't see changelog info. I hope it will be published later.
And at the moment I don't see the off-line full installer.

This release is primarily to make Eset fully compatible with Win 10 release 1709 - CE Fall Update.

    You're welcome, Thankful!

I was thinking among the same line.

But I fail to understand why:
    1. there is not yet changelog info at (for example) https://www.eset.com/int/home/antivirus/download/
    2. there is not yet an official post by an Eset representative at the Eset forum giving the changelog.
    3. there is not yet an official announcement at the Eset news page https://support.eset.com/news/

So, that's what it was all about.
    Now I know.
    Thanks :)

    Hi jadinolf,
With all due respect to you and itman, how do we know it without an official statement from Eset? Is itman an official spokeperson for Eset?
You would expect an official statement from a company about a new release for a program that you pay for.
But maybe that thinking is too old fashion nowadays. Maybe Eset is going the way like "hey, there is an upgrade, but we will not tell you that there is one and if we will tell you that there is one then we will not give you the changelog (except for "bug fixes")".

No idea about itman BUT I am not spokesperson for ESET and do not like being kept in the dark any more than others.
    Oh well, it's done now.

There is also a version 11 for Eset Internet Security that has been released in some countries.
No change log for that version either.

The only thing I have seen about v11 is from https://forum.eset.com/topic/13203-eset-nod32-11-beta/

Other language versions (including English) will be released later this year.
The biggest improvement is the UEFI scanner for detecting advanced threats in UEFI which has replaced BIOS in modern systems.
Other improvements include better support for screen readers, improved Connected Home Monitor, license managing via my.eset.com, Windows 10 RS3 compatibility,
product upgrade or downgrade [Without Reinstall] !!! (my emphasis) as well as many other improvements and fixes under the hood.

As ESET has a newer version, Version 11, some posts were moved to the latest thread here.
