Mantra, I seen that icon in Firefox 57 but not in 55.0.3. I tested Firebox 57 in W10.

What I immediately notice is that the drop down menus for Ublock-O, HTTPS Everywhere and Privacy Badger are displaying properly again :thumb:

I've been using Nightly and have found suitable solutions for all the add-ons I want. So far it's working out great for me. Guess I did all the worrying for nothing.

My FF 56 is crashing almost instantly in Private Browsing Mode every time I open it.

    Anyone else ??

Weird. Any suggested explanation for why this is happening only in Private Browsing Mode??

    Thanks @NiteRanger

Guess I'm using an extension that's doin' it. But still a mystery why only in PB Mode.

Nope. OK here. Try Help>Restart with Add-ons Disabled?

Anyone using Xmarks add-on with FF 56?

Xmarks 4.4.1 no longer working for me on two machines.

Edit: Support responded in 5 mins!

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Please try to update it to 4.5.0.1a - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/xmarks-sync/versions/beta
Uninstall the current version first and reboot before installing the updated version.

    Will test it shortly.

Edit 1: Initially it duplicated my Bookmarks Toolbar bookmarks, but I've managed to fix it and it's working OK now.

Edit 2: Ditched it. Too buggy.

Just curious why you're using Xmarks now that bookmarks can be synced with Firefox Sync?

Did that @paulderdash (Truth be known, FF did that for me as it defaults to safe mode after a certain number of crashes on starting.)

Was fine but is also fine in normal mode when not using PB Mode.

Can sync to Chrome also - that was my original reason anyway.

I prefer 'cloudmarking' actually (Google Bookmarks, Diigo) but I use it mainly to sync my Bookmarks Toolbar.

Edit: Ditched Xmarks 4.5.0.1a beta. Too buggy. Just Firefoxc Sync now :).

Yep, I have 56 and just watched Netflix for an hour or two. No problems. I did however, have issues with Hulu on 56, it wouldn't do Hulu video until I forced Flash always on. Then it played Hulu. No Netflix problems though... I'm on Win 7 if that matters...
