How do you quickly do that @ user thing?

Silly question (sorry ...)

How do you quickly do that @ combined with username/ID thing?

Example Ron :

@ronjor

 

You have to enter at least 3 chars after @, then a dropdown list appears, select the appropiate name and press Enter or select the name with the mouse.

 

Pretty fancy.
I have never tried it before.

That is so ... easy. I have always tried to search the user, copy his username, profile and it never worked.

The way to do it, seems to be :
[user=130753]@mood[/user]

then you get @mood
