yes because i already had too many softs on the same machine, now i just acquired a new one and i run EAM on it

Congrats guest. I have been an Emsisoft user for several years now.

 

Do you run EAM alongside Chrome(Appcontainer)? I ask cause as you are aware there was some conflict between the two. And I want to know if it's in the process of being fixed.

That Chrome is going to fully support Appcontainer.

This is a very good thing for classic users.

 

probably my setup but I go the site and the page does not load, and I see at the bottom of chrome that connection is waiting for disquis.com. not sure how they're related to emsi?

(no tweaks of the BB firewall protection feature, correct?)

 

At the moment, you just have the option in the BB to enable/disable it for a particular process/program.

Actually, I'm surprised they didn't already offer this feature, now that I think of it. HIPS should always monitor this type of manipulation.

No, this feature is part of the BB, it protect Windows Firewall (and its rules) from modification attempts by malicious actors. Firewall Fortification doesn't "touch" WinFW.
