We should have this in all 50 States. Too many people texting while driving causing accidents. I was a victim of this 2 years ago when a teenager rear ended my new SUV (less than 3,000 miles on it) while I was stopped at a red light. He was texting! W82TXT

I live near a roughly 30 year old who's entire rest of life will never be the same again. Paralyzed and multiple surgeries and from what?

Freaking texting while driving. It's deadly.

I monkeyed around early when they first came out on with just shooting video from mine while driving (I don't text period), it didn't take long to learn to shove that thing down to the floorboard between the seats and leave it alone. Not repeated that since or ever will again. It is dangerous.

Heck how many times have you seen videos of what people do to themselves texting while walking. Some of it has to hurt

Distracted driving accidents are causing car insurance to skyrocket. Not to mention all the lives that have been ruined.
