    and hashes, it takes a bit longer to populate latest version though, you know, these packages don't come with digital signatures (for paranoids like me, lol):

    There is a bug in v17.0 beta which leads to a crash of 7-zip (v16.04 is working fine). This bug will be fixed with the next version.

    I will wait for 17.xx Final of 7z. Maybe my favorite all-time program.

    The free version of Win Zip. More than enough for unzipping files.

    For RAR files, I have RAR File Extractor.

    Yes. 16.04 is the current stable version and 18.00 is the current beta version.
