I don't mind saying. I applied not even ALL the tabs to disable and my test Windows 10 performance picked up like a rocket! Please don't tell me Windows 10 is going to be in the end another gummed up O/S with tons of non-needed accessories most of which is designed just to filter the O/S in real-time and channel back n forth to relay servers to collect all sorts of logs etc. Anyone who seen me post over the years knows that I am one of those who is extremely sensitive when it comes to fine tuning for absolute maximum performance. I mean I am likely also one the very few who use tools like UltimateDefrag5 to pinpoint blocks and sectors of data and micromanage file and metafile data placements in order to squeeze out that little extra RPM just like the NASCAR Racing teams do for their track vehicles. Mainly because I still haven't got over to SSD drives yet and am quite content for the time being with spindle drives for now.
Blocking third party in the firewalls section blocked me from msn.com. It's good otherwise but more powerful apps out there that do the job just as good and better. Take a look at W10Privacy https://www.winprivacy.de/english-home/
An update for this application is coming next week, and the developer mentioned that it should be only downloaded from their server, not other websites: I guess you have overlooked the download-link, it was directly under the picture. But i changed the location now and i have placed a bold Download before it.
No no no. I'm so sorry. I only said that in jest because it's so very neatly arrayed and with a simple layout too. Thank You for the upcoming mention for another update. I hate to have to go through with these things but M$ always for some crazy reason stuffs tons of useless (for end users anyway) needless channeling additions especially now in Windows 10. They just can't leave well enough alone. But huge props for this little gem and thumbs up to the maker of it for releasing it freeware.

I wonder that too. That was my first reaction when I decided to carefully study WPD. I had to try it without Sandboxie for it to work.
1.1.512 (8-9-2017) Updated build-in firewall rules. Minor fixes. Preparing for the Fall Creators Update.
Other similar tools work just fine in the sandbox, so I decided to stay away from it. But that doesn't automatically mean it's malicious or anything.
