If they don't have paper backup records, health care providers are SOL when it comes to patient care.

Dutch Hospitals are too vulnerable for ransomware infections, says a survey by Dutch public broadcast company NOS.
One of the problems is analogous to what we learned after the Wannacry infections in Hospitals in the UK: medical equipment running Windows XP, for example MRI scanners.
