Your mind is of course yours to make up reguarding that pic as you see fit, but to me, that appears to be a sharp, fun bunch of people.
They look happy and that may mean they are rested and focused.

Nothing wrong with a team showing pictures of themselves! And having days out for that team means they are part of a company that is working to bring camaraderie amongst its employees and that often ensures a good product!

sorry for that I will say, but I have similar experience.
I sent a false positive and they didn't answer me and after a week the detection is still there.

 

Lately I've been reading posts from people who don't get response to their queries. I must be one of the few lucky guys who get very fast response from their customer support. Everytime I've had a problem or any doubt, they have anwered in a timely manner. Not super technical questions though.
I've had very good experiences using ZAM so I'm looking forwared their 'Ultimate' version.
Regarding the photos of the team: I like them

 

Especially scheduled scans for ZAM and ZAL invariably crashed on both my machines, and the subsequent automatic crash reporter would also fail. Reported this several times in the last year but never solved.

I only have ZAL on secondary machine now, scheduled scan disabled.

+1 (but I'm less sure of Ultimate version, too many dev take a good app, add too much stuff over time and muck it up IMO)

 

Perhaps they witnessed the mess malwarebytes made of V3 and have decided to poll users to find out what their customers would like and take from there.

 

Still, it's been two months since the last product update. I'm getting a little bit worried.

 

Have not heard anything. Received an email or two but that is it.

 

The most secretive developers I have ever seen. They are secretive about the scan engines they use, and now they don't even show up on the Internet. Maybe Ultimate refers to the ultimate end of that company. Do I care? No, certainly not.

 

They hired the devs responsible for Duke Nukem Forever so it can take a while...
