util to clear DNS cache

is there an easy to use tool to clear DNS cache ?

 

You can use CCleaner:

 

ipconfig /flushdns in admin CMD.

 

Or disable it completely, it is not needed these days and it can be used in exploits or in salvaging privacy information.

This is what I do but I only bother when something is cached with the wrong address. I don't see the point of disabling it. If you think the party running the DNS server isn't logging your every request you are mistaken.
