It should be mentioned in your email confirmation.
In my email i see: "AppGuard - 3 Users" and in another email: "Your AppGuard - 3 Users Delivery Information"
In the license portal it's mentioned too: "AppGuard AppGuard 4_0_license_3_activations"
So i have in overall 3 activations and can use it on 3 PC's.

And as you see "one used activation and two activations remaining" you may have a 3 PC-license if you bought it some time ago.

    Under a bushel ...
I just checked my AppGuard 4 single license ID and it says status OK, but 0 activations left.
I have only ever used it on this laptop, have never un/reinstalled it, so not sure how that has come about.
Can I somehow have it reset if it won't activate in the future?

If you clean install the OS before uninstalling AppGuard, then it will "consume" one of the license activations - each time you do it.

Send license reactivation request to appguard@blueridge.com. BRN operations will reset it to correct number of activations.

Do not forget to include your e-mail associated with the license, Customer ID, and License ID.

More recent (4.X) and current (5.X) versions are licensed for 1 computer only.

As @mood points out, it was clearly stated in your order confirmation. For example, there the confirmation e-mail subject and the order line item clearly indicate "Buy AppGuard (Licensed for 1 Computer)."

Could anyone be so kind as to link me the guide for how to set up exclusions on Locked Down? Right now, I'm having issues with Battle.net Launcher connecting to the internet, and PyCharm IDE from accessing console/cmd.exe.

List the block events here. I or others may be able to assist you. Locked down simply means all unsigned or signed (except MS') user-space launches will be blocked.

Put f.lux in the Guarded list. I also use it. :)
Copy this to User-Space tab "c:\programdata\battle.net\agent\agent.exe" and set it to No.
Copy this to User-Space tab "c:\users\alkajak\appdata\local\programs\python\python35-32\python.exe" and set it to No.

By the way, the above two is how you "exclude" something from Locked down blocks. :)

Hey, thanks. This is what I thought it was too, but it is throwing the same block events. Is it okay that I set Memory to Off, btw? That's not the problem though, I've tried On and Off.

Which are you referring to? F.lux or those others which you mentioned?

The latter two in User Space.

Because you mentioned about Memory=Off, I presume that you put those two programs into Guarded list. Am I right? Try removing them there.

No, the Memory=Off was in reference to User Space Publishers. I haven't placed Agent/Battle.net/Python in Guarded Apps, only f.lux.

Oh, okay... But even then, Trusted Publishers list is useless in Locked down mode. It's only used in Protected mode.

Nevertheless, setting the two to User Space= No should allow the launch. @Jeff_T Testing Group will be able to help you.

My bad, I just realized I was adding them to Publisher instead of the User Space. I got it now. Thanks.

    You're welcome!
If you encounter blocks again, just set them to User Space=No. But, you must be sure that you're not allowing a malware. If you're not sure about something, something that you don't know or just suspicious, don't set that immediately to User-Space=No. Better ask about the block here. :)

Best practice with AG with a blocked event :

0- check the process legitimacy (Virus Total , etc..). must-be-done.
1- add to Guarded List: its settings may differ based on what the program does.
2- add to User-Space (= NO): if point 1 don't fix the issue, if process is necessary during boot, if can't be added to Guarded List (may happen).
3- add to Power Apps : only for security soft's processes which are hampered/blocked for some reasons. Be careful with that, be sure it is 100% clean.

Hey guys, it has been quite awhile since I have used appguard but now I have been fortunate enough to have won a license, so can you gurus refresh my memory and tell me how to configure AG and ERP and maybe in the future I will add sandboxie.

Sanboxie does require on additional setting. Ask again when you are ready.

1- add ERP processes in AG's Power Apps
or ERP folder in AG user space (Set to NO)
2- Add AG folder in ERP whitelist.

About Sbie , best method is set Sbie container on non-system partition , that will simplify compatibility a lot. Then set Sbie processes in AG Power Apps

Are there any other tweaks I should make? I added erp exe's in power apps and ag exe's in safe applications under whitelist and blueridge folder in safe file locations under whitelist
