Possibly... thank you for the suggestion! VS already does this automatically if the blocked file is detected as an installer, but sure, we should be able to tweak this some. I put it on my to do list, thank you!

Well, it is a very long explanation, but I will try to keep it is short as possible. If VS is in Smart mode and is OFF, that means that a web app is not running... so we do not have to worry about exploits, etc. If it is a file that is downloaded to your computer, VS will still scan the file with the blacklist and VoodooAi before allowing it.

Having said that, if you can find a way around it, please let me know! Thank you!

It should work great with eset, I am not sure what you mean by "delete the files", and yeah, the free version has one nag screen on startup... ONLY only Fridays, AND ONLY if it blocked an actual threat in the past. Thank you!

Did you ever figure this out? That is seriously odd because VS is super light on resources.

Hmmm, not sure about the trayicon right click... we can probably adjust that, please let me know if you want me to look into it. The save settings can take a little while because it has to write a lot of data to the hard drive. If a lot of other programs are accessing the hard drive at the same time (especially other AV software), it can be a little slow. Thank you!

True, true ;). AVLab.pl is wrapping up a large scale ransomeware test that we participated in... I believe there were around 50 or so participants.

Please be on the lookout for the results, and please let me know when they are published, I am excited to see them!!!

This is probably due to the inaccessible / file not found bug... it will be fixed very soon!

VS mainly writes to the developer logs... we could write to the event viewer, but I prefer the logs. Yeah, the service does write a few things to the event viewer though. Thank you!

That would be extremely difficult, if not impossible to do. Thank you!

You should be able to do this with Custom Folders, it is pretty flexible... if something does not work well for you, please let me know.

Yeah, whenever VoodooAi analyzes something, the anonymous data and results are stored and the models will improve over time. Thank you!

There is a search bar at the top of the Whitelist, Command Lines and Quarantine tabs... is that what you mean? We do not have one for the user log, but we could add it if we needed to. Thank you!
