Do you mean you would like to know what the security monthly quality rollup includes that the security-only quality update does not include?
    That information in the KB-articles.

Security monthly quality rollup KB3185330 includes KB3185278, where security-only quality update KB3192391 does not include KB3185278.
Security monthly quality rollup KB3185331 includes KB3185279, where security-only quality update KB3192392 does not include KB3192392.

    Yes.
All information is in the KB articles that I referred to earlier.
Click the KB numbers in that post to go to the KB articles.

Update: No need to use IE to access the Microsoft Update Catalog anymore.
    - make sure you use http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx

The site has been tested with Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Palemoon and Vivaldi. All working.

Though it still does not work with Edge.

    - Best to use Microsoft's download center site until it is officially closed.

Tested with IE11, on Windows 7 x64, with no Microsoft Update Catalog ActiveX control installed, and ActiveX disabled by "ActiveX Filtering".
    Works perfectly.

    Today is Preview Tuesday.

Windows Update only: You should see the patches for the next Monthly Rollup under Optional Updates. These patches are not production tested. The purpose of releasing them 'as a preview' is for those who have a need to test them can do so.

    Windows 7 (KB 3192403)
    Windows 8.1 (KB 3192404)

KB3192403 and KB3192404 can be called 'interesting'.

The "More information" section of the KB3192403 and KB3192404 articles says:

"This package updates the Diagnostic and Telemetry service to provide benefit for enterprises using Upgrade Analytics to plan and manage the Windows upgrade process. [...]"
(N.B. See KB article for all details.)

The KB article also specifies how to disable the mentioned Diagnostic and Telemetry feature:

    1. Locate and then select the registry subkey
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection
    2. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
    3. Type DisableEnterpriseAuthProxy, and then press the Enter key.
    4. In the Details pane, right-click DisableEnterpriseAuthProxy, and then click Modify.
    5. In the Value data box, type 0 (not disabled) or 1 (disabled), and then click OK.

Only if CEIP is turned on? If you do I think you have the folder 'DataCollection'. Or does this KB create the folder?

Didn't take them long to turn the spigot on.

That's what the KB article says.
But if I install the November rollup, I will implement that registry edit nonetheless, to be sure.

    Hi mantra,
    What do you mean?
Do you mean to ask if this weeks, October week C, Preview of Monthly Quality Rollup is an optional update?
Yes, the week C Preview of Monthly Quality Rollup is an optional update.
In Windows Update, you can see it is offered as an optional update.
November week B, the same update will be offered as Important update.

It's not mine, of course, it is the information that Microsoft offers in the KB article.

I don't know if the November rollup will be different for Enterprise and non-Enterprise editions.

The November rollup (week B) includes the October rollup.
So if one skips one or more month's rollup(s), installing the newest rollup will be enough to get up to date.
    N.B.
This applies to the rollups only, not to the security-only updates.
If one skips a security-only update, it is not included in next month's security-only update.
