as per title i am looking for a good world clock that needs to work on win 7or later and show multiple time zones easily
You could try this http://www.timeanddate.com/windows/worldclock/ from this site http://www.timeanddate.com/
Use the additional clocks tab in the Windows time clock to display additional world time zones. For the browser, there is the FoxClocks extension.
Qlock: http://www.qlock.com/pro.html At the bottom of the download page there's a link for a free version which will let you build a "Qlock" on the desktop. There are a multitude of options for size, colors, naming, syncing, time servers, offsets... I've had this one on my systems for a loooooong time. I park it in the upper right corner. I renamed my time zone to my city and state. Just in case I forget where I am.
