I received an upgrade to Eset NOD32 version 9.0.402.0.

I don't see the changelog while expanding https://www.eset.com/us/support/download/home/nod32-antivirus/ ; the changelog there is still for 9.0.386.1. Maybe other users smarter than me can find the changelog there.

But Marcos posted the info in a thread at the Eset forum:

Quotes from Marcos in that thread:

New version working fine here on Windows 10. Was not having any problems that I know of with the old version.

    Saw it late last night.

    Seems fine here.

Well I had an issue with it not allowing my browsers to visit https sites, and the tutorial on their site for turning on and off ssl0tls and root certificate does not fix the issue. The support can't solve it. Any other ideas what i should try?

Win 10 x64 and fully updated eset smart security

What browser do you use? If you use a portable version, you'll need to export the ESET root certificate and import it manually.
What error message do you get in the browser (post a screen shot please)? Do you get the same error message even if you visit our forum https://forum.eset.com ?

    Hi,

Currently not at home, for a few days, but in the meantime: It's the issue posted here:

    http://support.eset.com/kb3126/?locale=en_US

In multiple browsers - Edge, Vivaldi, Opera and Firefox.

I got it by visiting any https site

When disabling SSL/TLS filtering, it's important to wait a few seconds until the browser's process disappears from Task manager before you re-enable it. Feel free to make a post in our forum to troubleshoot the issue further.
