Even Feds know Windows 7 is better than Windows 8 and up.

I would still hold on to the Windows 7 even after MS ends support. Unless/if MS releases something better than 10.

Unless Microsoft gives away Windows Enterprise 10 to us lesser mortals, I have no interest in upgrading.

The link in the OP is interesting, but WTF business is it of the Federal Government to intrude upon visitors to government websites and record and analyze what OS and browser visitors are using?

Here is a link http://windows11update.com/ to the plans for Windows 11.
" A new and fast features wishlist is expected in the next version of Windows. Fresh format with several new applications without any compatibility issue is the most desirable feature that every Windows users are expecting."

More craptastic features on the way.

I'm not a fan of Windows 10 telemetry/spyware and no control over updates. But supposedly Windows 7 no longer allows you to control updates. I wouldn't know because I have hardly touched my Windows 7 HDD for months now.
