Looking for a very basic VPN Service that's easy to setup, not too complicated, either free or fairly inexpensive, can be easily connected/disconnected and overall easy to use. I don't need anything super heavy-duty.

Any suggestions? I've briefly looked at a few and very quickly checked out Security KISS. Any thoughts on that particular one?

Not necessarily against extensions, but I'm using Firefox.

i've used it in Firefox for a few years and never had an issue - always connects fast

I use CyberGhost free for a full VPN, but the connection delay can be long so I usually just use Zenmate on the rare occasions i need it.

Also, if you haven't already done so you'll need to disable Webrtc and Flash IP leaks - this is easily done in Firefox. you can test with whoer.net/extended

    Very good.
So, we have your seal of approval for it. Thanks.
I wonder what all those idiots are saying in their reviews?

looks like many do not want to have to register to use it & Zenmate is pushing Premium with occasional popups, but that's expected with free Apps

    Hi All

https://hoxx.com/ - The addon for Chrome leaks ISP's DNS addresses.

I use Private Internet Access, www.privateinternetaccess.com, and, for me, it works really good. 4 PC's both Linux and Windows, 1 android phone, super easy setup, easy connect/disconnect, fast, never a problem, $39.00 yr.

When I clicked on your link to thatoneprivacysite the website tried to get a fingerprint of my browser, and it was blocked by Firefox's Canvas Fingerprint Blocker add-on. I got this warning:

    Allow canvas fingerprint?

    Cancel OK

I got the same warning when I tried to go to thatoneprivacysite's FAQ web page.

And this is the (hypocritical?) statement on thatoneprivacysite's home page:

"Welcome to That One Privacy Site! This site is meant to be a resource to those who value their privacy...."

How can it be acceptable for this website to extract the online identities of its users?

    Arguably it's not.

Maybe ask the author, /u/ThatOnePrivacyGuy on reddit.
