I can't activate my "lifetime" license anymore. The program says it was activated on too many PCs or something like that, but actually it was activated on my PC only, but several times. My IP is dynamic. Please, Zemana, do something! I want my lifetime license back!

Some guys are on vacation this week, so that could be a reason for delayed answers.

mine too with the exact same message and I gave up after did not receive a response from zemana. You know why that happens? It happen on mine because I forgot to unistall zemana antimalware before formatting and reinstalling windows and that failure will show your license is still in use and there is nothing you can do. Got to remember to uninstall zemana antimalware before you format or reinstall windows.

Also some products offer a reset option for license so that you can disable or cancel or reset a license so you can use it again. Zemena should add that option allowing a user to reset the license so he or she can re-use it.

2 major improvment for zemana mobile security and antimalware should be added.

    1. a upload or send a malware for further analysis option
    2. an option to reset or deactivate and reactivate a license.

@TwinHeadedEagle How about a option in advanced menü that automatical deactivate windows defender? i only use sandboxie and zam premium and needed to deaktivate defender from a registry tweak. Would be nice if there was an option that zemana can do it. Not on default for sure but under advanced options.

Not hard to implement, but I will see what developers think about it.

Oh yeah, my lifetime beta tester license doesn't seem to be associated with my Gmail account anymore... Guess I'll contact Zemana later when I feel like using this again (didn't like how it insisted on detecting non-default settings).

*And I do have a backup document of these things, but I prefer some kind of online management.

Could you add an option in the advanced settings to update ZAM to the beta branch if available instead to the stable one?

    Why an extra button?
Just download and install, if you like to.

I'm not aware of any AV offering to switch to beta branch.

WIN10 offers to switch to fast-ring, but that's really not an option I like to be exposed to users.

emsisoft allows you to switch branches in their update settings, as does ESET as well.

    I have a question.

If ZAM is set to scan on boot automatically but at the same the zam gui is not set to automatically run on boot, will the scan still occur, so basically is the scan dependent on the gui been loaded?

This is why it should be under the advanced settings which already have a warning.

Our new builds are released very often and in most of times they do not contain some epic improvements so having BETA switch isn't necessary. It would be okay if you have your product in BETA versions for couple of weeks or months, but we do not have such practice.

Scheduled scan doesn't require GUI to be performed, it doesn't require your interaction, because opposite would be annoying to some people.

Still no response from Zemana. I lost all my respect for those guys. Would not recommend their software to anyone.

Can you send me your email via PM and I will look at it? Your support ID would also help.
