I thought the same thing .... and the wording made me chuckle " Traditional crime " made me think of crimes of the " lead pipe " variety. .... the others being committed with a silicon chip . More seriously , I reckon the vast majority of the world's law enforcement personnel have neither the training nor experience to tackle cybercrime .... and it's going to be a very long catch-up !
