I want to delete from my received emails in Gmail only the attachments, to gain space; I already searched in Google, but I didn't find something useful. Someone can help me ?

One way you could do this would be to install an email client (i.e. em client, Thunderbird, etc.) Then, have the email client download or access your gmail account. Then, you could manually delete the attachments from within the email client. As long as you sync the two, that should also delete the attachments from the emails; but leave the actual email on the gmail server.

Thank you. I should can access to Gmail without download the emails and the attachments, because it's my work email and I have there more 6000 emails. I'll see. Wait to see if there is some way more direct.

I wrote a small cross-platform tool that allows you to delete attachments from GMail or Inbox. You can also just download the attachments, leaving the emails as they are. Feedback welcome.
