Yesterday they were all there, although not all of them were functioning normally. I restored to v46.0.1 for now. Any input on this would be appreciated!
When you say they (extensions) were all there but not functioning normally what do you mean exactly? Did the v47 installer flag the extensions as incompatible? I updated to v47 manually yesterday and all of my extensions were unaffected.
with v47 some extensions will become buggy. i am not sure but the signing can no longer disabled since v47 so you have to get a signed version or you uninstall it. but that was told long enough for all, not firefox to blame. depends on extension authors. best way is to visit the extension site to look for current comments!
e.g. Theme Font & Size Changer 46.5 was not working, however, this morning they weren't even visible. I'm repairing a tractor presently and will return to this issue this evening. Will probably upgrade again and see what happens, Thank you!
should be compatible up to v50 - read other comments please as i recommended: https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/theme-font-size-changer/#detail-relnotes try safe mode or else. maybe nosquint is causing trouble if you have it installed. known as incompatible.
As Swex noted forced signed is still opt'out until v48. you can set that option again. but dont wait too long now
