Icons Not Appearing

Anyone else having a problem with icons not appearing on https://www.wilderssecurity.com/ ? Most noticeable in the reply area. The links are there but all the boxes show up blank. Appears to have started late morning today.

 

All icons are placed as usually, none haven't missing.

 

Malware activity perhaps?

 

I disabled font downloading in IE11 a couple of days ago. Had no problems with Wilders with this setting till late this morning. Just re-enabled font downloading and Wilders back to normal.

So I guess font downloading needs to be enabled for Wilders to work normally? Strange this is the only site I had problems with font downloading disabled.

-EDIT- I just set font downloading to prompt and received nothing from Wilders about fonts being required. So this is strange.

 

Here's a screen shot of what is happening with font downloading disabled. I purposely showed the smilies to shown that the toolbar options are active but the graphics for each are not being displayed.

 

Of course, must be allowed. Here, the icons are not pictures, but the so-called awesome icons.

I did a work around in IE by creating www.wilderssecurity.com as a trusted web site and configuring the trusted zone to allow font downloading. Not exactly an ideal situation since IE runs anything in trusted zone using its 32 bit browser.

A bit of a paradox here in that a web site dedicated to security needs to do font downloading which is generally considered today as a security risk.

 

With the web site is all OK, it is a problem with yours system. Probably the wrong settings or damaged files.
I see similar problems often, i'm websites maker.

Switched to a style of XenForo Standard in Preferences and that did the trick. Graphics for reply toolbar options appear properly w/o enabling font downloading option in the browser.

 

Will also add another issue I encountered when using the "Flat_Awesome" profile that frankly I am surprised no one else has encountered. That is the undeleting of temp files in %AppData%\Temp\*.* directories that appear to be used by the auto save draft feature. The issue is intermittent and does not always occur.
