Hi Erik, still interested in a remote session to find out why HMP is flagging valid files on a completely different partition?

The problem is still present in the current release.

My apologies if this has already been asked and answered... does HitmanPro still use malware databases from Bitdefender and Kaspersky Lab? I don't see that written on the opening page like I used to. TY

I intend to install HitmanPro on a Windows network, the users will be domain users having no local PC user account nor any local administrator rights.

Will HitmanPro automatically update without any prompts?

Will the scheduled scans work? Again, will there be any prompts?

Also, at the end of the subscription do I have to visit all 120 PCs to update their license?

    Cheers

The new expire date should be 29.05.2017 = one year + 11 days.

I'm not sure licenses can be added up like that.
I think the new license should best be activated when the old one expires.
Erik or Mark may be able to fix this for you, and add the remaining 11 days of your previous license to your current license. Just send Erik and/or Mark a private message to sort this out.

    Hey Mops,

Have you ever ran a scan after using the FP function in HMP? I have, and you know what? Next scan did not detect the FP. What a shocker!

Yes, in the registry there is a key that keeps track of the stuff you have reported as safe/chose to ignore.

HMP has updated to Build 265 on my machines. Nothing in the Release History at this time.

You always get this "bootkit-message" in Shadow Mode. That's normal.
