yeap, fortunately technology works to whoever uses it, that's why they're so keen on outlawing encryption, it's all about control; why is it so hard to explain that whatever reduces individual liberties is inherently nefarious?
It's not that it's hard to explain. It's just that control freaks disagree. They believe that liberty must be limited, in the interest of overall social welfare.
Plus, they are the ones who define what social welfare is, building their huge empires in the process.
