Regarding that phone number, it was an advertisment, which, thanks to the user feedback, has been removed and will not reappear again.

In order to expedite things like bug reporting and stuff, I initiated discussion about having online, web page bug tracker for both TS and TSE.
    Concept is basically this:

Create a dedicated 360 webpage for 360 International products with bug trackers.
    Simple, modern.
On 1 tab, 360 TS and on tab 2, TSE.
Bug lists reports, simple colors, red, yellow, green, blue.
Red: bug reported, where users would write and attach screenshots [up to 5 or 10], with fields like OS version, program version, text field for problem and optional email address
for emailing the tracking link. Have optional make registration so everyone could have own account and track stuff and get notificatios, like in a forum.
Yellow: the bug report is under investigation/review. There 360 could ask for additional information and engage with user having a problem and stuff.
Green: Resolved, and scheduled for release in the next bugfix version
Blue: Not a bug, comment, maybe separate Archive section.
Maybe have white color as well for suggestions and discussion for new features or wishlist, something like that.

Crazy idea, but maybe link it also via TS or TSE interface for even easier tracking and interaction.

This is still an idea, which needs to go through those who decide what lives and what dies.

I am more interested in the opinion of what do you guys think about this?

Do you think this could be better, simpler, more effective than reporting bugs here or via email?

If so, would you like your bugs private, or public for everyone out there to see them?

EDIT: In case I did not make myself clear, this is what I was talking about:
    https://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/my_view_page.php
But, not like this, but better, shiny, colors and stuff. :)

If they can ( Or will set it up. ) properly, then that would be a very good idea as far as I am concerned. It is at least a form of communication, and those reporting bugs at least know that something is done with the information they have given. Good thing you brought up GakunGak. :)

    Glad you like the idea.
All it takes is for a LIC [Leader in Charge] to take notice of it, realize the potential and put it on a drawing board.
The Engineers will take care of it :)

    Salutations, @360user :)
Did you report request for French language?
Nevertheless, I will forward your request to the engineers team, and will be added to the queue.
Since it's a translation thing and not a bug issue, do have in mind it might take a while to get things done as there's a lot of stuff to translate :)

Is it a good idea to have both Bitdefender and Avira real time scans enabled? Or should I just choose one?

If it slows down your general usage, then disable them realtime. If not, run them.
You can do balance switch if doing heavy duty stuff like games....
Regardless what you choose, you're still protected with Q360 engines...

    You're most welcome!

About the French translation, we are working on it, we have already planned to support this language.

It will be taken under consideration, as the French language is in the works at this time.

How is 360 against ransom-ware? Do I need another program to complement it?

    Greetings.
You might want to read more about it here:
    https://www.360totalsecurity.com/en/new-feature-released-document-and-photo-protection/?ref=ts
As for effectiveness, there have been no real-world reports so far of that particular problem.
Regardless of such, I would strongly advise having cloud backup of existing stuff you have, and even external HDD if you can.
If extremely paranoid, look into pairing it with Comodo Cloud Antivirus and test drive it.
If you found a piece of malware that can breach Q360, it would be extremely useful if you report it so that adequate protection can be provided.
Again, no real-world report that I am aware of, so me, personally, I am driving it on Qihoo only on balanced settings...

You can find it under "settings - Active protection - System".

It will be right at the top. :)

Cheers. I'm surprised I don't have to specify a folder.
