Is there a page/list that shows Staff/Admin members on WS? Or if I want to contact one, I need to wait for one to get online, or find one of their post and contact them from there?

Isn't LowWaterMark the owner of WS (that's how it looks to me). I would feel bad to bother him for a simple question/concern however. If I cannot find any other Mods/Admins, I'll send him a PM. Usually I PM Moderators, and if they cannot assist me, I send a PM to an Admin.

Thanks. I didn't realize that you had to hover your mouse over the small list icon to get the dropdown. And even when you get there, you have to click on Members once more to get to a new page which offers your a Staff Members tab. http://i.imgur.com/8WdkAue.png http://i.imgur.com/AqPDJOb.png
There are several operations that require some clicks, for instance, to mark all forums read, then log out. There are a couple solutions. Mine is to write a macro to do all of the clicks. Then, it's just a couple of key strokes to get everything going. In your case, if you don't have a macro program, just make a bookmark to the Staff page, or other pages you want to access quickly.
