Update: Latest version of Netrunner Maui - is no longer based on Kubuntu but is now based on the KDE Neon repositories. They wanted more cutting edge KDE packages. Of course one can always install KDE Neon. Both are based on Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial Xerus LTS.
