    That is reassuring to some degree. Got to love the choice of the Operation's Name. Something akin to Operation The Most Soft Toilet Tissue,i.e., the name implies the quality of what is being tested. Why name it resilient if it's resilience is what is being tested to determine?

    Wonder if the assessment will factor into it the hundreds of mile of line of Russian Military Vessels currently hovering over the route of the Atlantic Undersea fibre optic cables used to transmit internet and other forms of communication.
